Referring to various discussion on issue of share certificates i understand:

1. Normally Share certificates are issued after receipt of capital promised.

2. Date of Issue will remain date of incorporation.

wanted to understand apropos stamping on the certificates and date of issue thereof:

practically shares certificates are stamped after the first Board Meeting and issued thereafter.

so having the post date of franking and pre date of issue of certificates will make sense?

pl help.

13 September 2011 Go through following points:
1) Shares allotted after receipt of capital promised.
2) Date of issue of share certificate should be the date of franking or therefter.( back date franking will not be allowed by any bank- authority)
for e.g. incroporation as on 13/09/2011. then share certificate should be get franked / stamped before 12/11/2011, get issed on 12/11/2011 or after this date is upto you.
