Stamp duty of moa

I have applied for registration of a private limited company in Delhi. I have obtain the name approval. Now I have to pay the stamp duty of MOA & AOA. Can I pay it through online? if not where and how to pay the same?

Hi Amit,
You can pay the Stamp Duty through online after the payment of form 1, 18 & 32. The payment raised by the RoC immediately after the amount paid for the Form 1,18 & 32 while incorporation of the company. Otherwise there is a separate heading Pay Stamp Duty under Services.
