Stamp duty of moa

25 April 2012 I have applied for registration of a private limited company in Delhi. I have obtain the name approval. Now I have to pay the stamp duty of MOA & AOA. Can I pay it through online? if not where and how to pay the same?

26 April 2012 Hi Amit,

You can pay the Stamp Duty through online after the payment of form 1, 18 & 32. The payment raised by the RoC immediately after the amount paid for the Form 1,18 & 32 while incorporation of the company. Otherwise there is a separate heading Pay Stamp Duty under Services.
