Three Male and one female WANT TO buy a plot jointly in Gurgaon. What will be the stamp duty in Gurgaon on Sale Deed.in this case.

Thanks for reply. "Keep the female as primary applicant" is not understood.
All have equal shares including female. I have been told that duty is 6% if one of the joint owners is a female. Is it right?

In fact, the query has arisen because there is only one female and 3 males.

in your case rate shall be 6% but while getting the registry keep the name of women applicant as first.
