20 February 2018 Thanks for reply. "Keep the female as primary applicant" is not understood.

All have equal shares including female. I have been told that duty is 6% if one of the joint owners is a female. Is it right?

20 February 2018 in your case rate shall be 6% but while getting the registry keep the name of women applicant as first.

20 February 2018 keeping the name of women applicant as first may not be possible. What will happen in that case. Are their any guidelines in Gurgaon that in joint ownership women's name should be first.
