20 February 2018 Three Male and one female WANT TO buy a plot jointly in Gurgaon. What will be the stamp duty in Gurgaon on Sale Deed.in this case.

20 February 2018 Thanks for reply. "Keep the female as primary applicant" is not understood.

All have equal shares including female. I have been told that duty is 6% if one of the joint owners is a female. Is it right?
