Is stamp duty and registration charges paid during purchasing a house property is allowable expense??? To which assessee it is allowable???

It is allowable expense. but within 1 lac the limit of sec 80C.

Is it allowable for all the assessee??? and also to salary paid persons

As per sec 80C(1) To Individuals and HUF. Source of Income has nothing to do with it.
