please clarify whether 14% Service tax rate is applicable for CA final nov.2015 exam?

All amendments up to 30.04.2015 shall be applicable nov,15 exams, since the rate of service tax has been amended wef 1.6.15 , will not applicable for Nov, 15 exams unless any notification from Institute In this regard.

This is applicable due to announced before the 6 months of exams 14.50 w.e.f 15.11.2015 , Ca Final is Final like a CA
