Expert can some one clerify me the modvat system in case of SSI Unit

no credit is available to SSI unit.

if turnover cross 150 Lac then wht is the position of credit

You must be registered as manufacturer and at the time of crossing the turnover of 150 lacs you have to write a letter to the range superintendent that our sales are so much and now we will pay full rate of duty and also we take cenvat credit.
