2. Any discount given on value (not on duties & taxes)?

03 November 2011 1. trading sales are excluded, provided the specification of inward and outward invoices match.

2. post invoice discounts are not accounted, as at the time of clearance, ( when invoice is made out) assessable value was put, hence assesasable value is final for the purpose.
