Dear Sir
I Have taken factory registration we have chain of restaurants having turnover of 100 crores. we are manufacturing ice cream and bakery products. i have four registration in mumbai delhi banglore and kolkata. Is SSI Exemption is related to particular factory only and whether non excisable sale is considered for SSI Exemption.

Non excisable goods are not considered for calculating the limit of ssi exemption. Also the turnover of all all the units will be considered together for the purpose of ssi exemption.
