SSI unit sell goods to SEZ is included in 150 lakhs limit or not??

Any unit could sell goods to SEZ in irrespective of it size , turn over,or investment on plant and machinery.

What is 150 Lakh limit ? Units in DTA could sell for any amount to SEZ unit.

if the SEZ has provided the VAT /CST Exemption forms, then it should not be counted as part of Domestic sales (i.e 150 lacs) however if the vending manufacturer is availing SSI benefit but registered under Excise, then they have to execute the UT/Bond and ARE2 formalities,
