Srn expiry on mca site

On 22/feb/2013, i paid fees for form 18,32, MOA and AOA for 4800/- and could not pay stamp duty as site was down at that moment. When i am trying to pay after 5 days, it is showing that SRN is expired. When i raised a complaint with MCA portal there is no response from them.
Can any one help me out with this situataion.

Please check status of the MCA21 Service fee SRN. If result is displayed as “Transaction Cancelled – Payment Not Received” upload the forms again by paying service fee as well as stamp duty.

When i am checking the status it is showing payment received, waiting for stamp duty payment.

Dear Experts,
Do we need to upload Form 1 ,18 and 32 afresh and make the payment of Rs.4800 again then we will get the refund of the fees previously paid or do we need to wait for the refund and then upload the forms 1, 18 and 32 again.
Pls suggest
