Please let me know the threshold limit to be regarded as specified employee for the purpose of Section 17(2)of Rs. 50,000 is per annum or per month. Thank you..

it is 50000 per annum
salary here means Basic + DA + Commission as a fixed percentage on turnover + Bonus + Fees + Any other taxable allowance + Any other monetary benefits – Deduction u/s 16)
