A private company wants to change Situation clause as well as Object clause at the same time ,can the co. pass single resolution and file single MGT 14 with the ROC for the same.

No. It requires separate resolution. If passed in a single resolution, it will be invalid.

It means we have to file MGT 14 , 2 times for each separate resolution first for change in address and second for change in object clause.
