We have imported machinery for our SEZ unit & the unit is under construction, but now we have trf/sale one new machinery to our branch in another state.
Is it possible? if yes How? Please explain.

14 June 2018 Supply of goods by SEZ to EOU shall be considered as import of goods by EOU as per SEZ Act. As per GST it is deemed export. But the provisions of SEZ Act will prevail over IGST Act. Therefore, the branch (EOU) has to file bill of entry with respect to such goods and pay custom duty (can claim exemptions if any under customs), IGST.
