17 October 2012 I do have my pan card in individual name and wish to open a small restaurant in lucknow.

1. Don't have a current bank account , as banks is demanding registration certification which i dont have .

2. Neither have a TIN no.

Pls. advise on the same as i want to get it register and show on my annual return being files with income tax deptt.

17 October 2012 Dear Aditya,

You have to obtain the Shops and Eastablishment Certificate from the Municipal Authorities. This certificate is available in a single day in Ahmedabad.
Then you can approach your bank for opening a Bank Account.
