Sir,
Kindly let me know if the SOFTEX invoice value is below USD 25000 is there no need to submit the SOFTEX forms to STPI/RBI.
I request the experts to help me to get the clarification.

You have to submit Softex invoice to STPI if you have registered under STPI irrespective of the amount.
