My client is a Pvt. Ltd. company situated in Vadodara, Gujarat, India running & providing GPS Services and deal in Softwares locally and in export.
The company is not enjoying any export incetives, does it require to file Softex form ?

Yes. It is required to file softex forms & lateron should be sent to your bank for realization.

But, as my client is not taking any export incentive as it is in the case of STPI, what is the impact of not filing softex forms ? Will be they restrained from any right which they are not claiming being not registered with STPI ?.
