A Charitable society, which has exemption u/s 80G and also in certified under 12A, has its status as A.O.P in its P.A.N Card. How to rectify the same and While trying to submit the return it is being registered as A.O.P as per PAN Data. How to submit the returns for the same.

No provision to change or correct 'STATUS' in PAN data base, hence apply for new PAN with status as A.O.P (Trust) and surrender the existing PAN.

sir, but the assessee has already taken 80G and 12A on the old PAN. and he has been filing his returns earlier in physical form since long time
