30 September 2011 Can anybody inform me what is the documentary requirement & procedure for the IPO and Listing under the SME.

Is there any specific format of the offer document to be filed with the Exchange? If so kindly provide me the same.

Go through the following Circular of SEBI issued on 17th may 2010.

This has the procedure, the requirements, filing, conditions etc.
