Can anybody tell me the procedure for listing in SME amd the time taken in the procedure?? I need it urgently

Hi, Procedure is same as in case of other IPO except SEBI approval is not required.
You can contact us secretarial@mastertrust.co.in for detailed enquiry. It takes 3-4 months for listing in SME BSE. We are working on 2 IPOs. We are providing merchant Banking Services.
