Dear Expert,
My company's paid up capital is 4 Crore and turnover is 11 Crore so my company shall be considered as small company? Company incorporated in before 2007.
Please advise.

No, your Company is not a Small Company as per the definition of Small Company as per section 2(85) of Companies Act 2013 which states that Small Company should be the private Company and paid up share capital of which does not exceed 50 lakhs and Turnover of which shall not exceed 2 crores. Further such a Company shall not also be the holding and subsidiary of any other Company.
