Sleeping hours during exam days

27 January 2012 How much should one sleep during exam days? I am in ca final n gave november 2011 n during exam days followed a cycle of 6hrs-4hrs i.e on holiday before exam day 6 hrs sleep and on exam day morning 4 hrs sleep.I blanked out in isca due to which i dint pass ...

As per the scientific rules, a person should sleep atleast 6 hours a night. for a woman it is 5 hours. so plz dnt cut the 2 hours at exam time please complete atleast 6 hours sleep even on exam days.. this will help you keep relax and fresh,.. all the best

28 January 2012 During Exam days sleep of atleast 8 hrs is must. For the reason that watever you have studied has to be retained and the recollected during exams and if proper sleep is not taken then one would dig his own grave. Hmmm as u have said u were not able to recollect during isca exams this experience would sure help u during next exams.
