Sip exemption

09 September 2012 I am doing CS Executive. I have applied for SIP exemption through mail and they replied exemption have been granted. However, i did not receive any certificate regarding this. Now, i am going to appear exams in Dec'12. In exam application for SIP it shows 'completed" yes/no/undergoing. If yes attach the copy of certificate. There is no exemption option available in the application.
Could you please confirm which option i need to select?
