Dear Sir/Madam,
I created a data file and made entries for FY 2020-21 (E:\2020-21\data\10000) and also created another file and make entries for FY 2021-22 (E:\2021-22\data\10000) Both are the same company. How can i merge 2020-21 entries into FY 2021-22. Please guide me.

In Tally, there is a concept of group companies. You may create a group company consisting of both the companies for consolidated accounts.

Create group compay to merge individual company data. Otherwise import the transactions of the one company into the other company.
