My current shipment is under SIIB examination at Delhi customs and they hold my shipment. there is a remark on Our IEC code (NO EXAMINATION/INSPECTION WITHOUT NOC FROM SIIB, AS APPROVED BY RBI, THAT EXPORT PROCEEDS NOT REALIZED WHICH IS BASED ON RBI’S INFORMATION NON REALIZATION OF EXPORT PROCEEDS.)
I have submit all the bank documents & all the FIRC/BRC received from Bank but they want RBI NOC. I approach RBI But they said we don't put any remark on any company IEC and there is no Public Dealing and we will not give you any NOC until Custom require. DGFT has same story.

Could you explain me what would be my next step.

Please help me. my all export is stop.

21 September 2012 in my personal opinion,Approach to DEPUTY COMMISSIONER SIIB, submit the bank letter as well as FIRC & BRC.Also submit a letter before pass the shipment instead the stop the shipment.

Feel your Authoirsed Dealer (Bank) should be able to resolve this issue. Ask them to write a letter to RBI and on strength of AD letter, RBI should issue a certificate stating that all exports realsiation till such and such date is realised. This letter can be submitted to SIIB. This should be sufficient to remove the alert on your IEC.

22 September 2012 it seems that party could not submit the FIRC & BRC in custom and SIIB take Departmental action.

so please write a letter & must take acknowledgement in custom too.

and write a letter to SIIB , Dc for remove the query AND EXPLAINING them that they already submit BRC in custom a copy of acknowledgement of submitted BRC must mentioned alongwith this letter.
