If a Company is incorporated with the name "XYZ Consultancy Pvt. Ltd." can it do non-consultancy activities indicated in the incidental objects clause of the Company? If so, will it require approval of the shareholders?

As such section 149 does not apply to any Private Company, it can start acy activity mentioned in the Object Clause of MOA.
