HELLO!I JUST WANTED TO ASK WHETHER WE CAN ATTACH A COMPUTERISED SIGNATURE ON THE ANNUAL RETURN AND BALANCE SHEET FOR FILING PURPOSES OR DO WE HAVE TO TAKE SIGNATURE OF THE DIRECTORS IN INK ONLY? PLEASE HELP.

Its not necessary that signature has to be with INK only. You can use Sd/- opposite their name.
Pls appreciate its even mentioned in instruction kit of form 23AC.

You can write sd/- in case the signature can nit be obtained within time.This privilege has been give to prevent undue delay.
