If anybody is authorized to sign on the Excise Challan.what are the responsibility of this person if any legal matter raised against company.

Authorization to sign on legal documents or on any documents is given by company or entity under which u r working...Company can take action on u for wrongdoing and u r answerable to company. and for anywrongdoing excise deppt or any govt. deptt may willshow cause notice to company.
