08 August 2012 a co has 4 directors, is it necessary that balance sheet should be signed by same 2 directors who signed in previous year1?

08 August 2012 I don't think so,BS should be signed by 2 directors but both should be same as in earlier years i don't think so.

08 August 2012 not necessary. this all happens by passing the resoluions. pass resolution to authorise directors the comany wish to get signed.
