02 September 2012 my ca is not signing my exam form by saying he is do not want to due to some disputes between us ,,,, pls advice me what can be done , against it ...or is it necessary to sign by employer only??? plz advice ASAP

02 September 2012 I think within your articleship period you will have to get your form signed by your CA only

02 September 2012 hi neeraj and sanyam , plz advice more thing what can be done against such conduct of a c.a ??? i asked him for transfer 9or 8 months back and provide him joing letter of my father to some other city but he kept my t/f form with that joining letter by saying that he will submit himself, but he did'nt ... what should i do .. or inspite what can be done against it...

on the conduct ..yes there is there is a way 4 everything including what u seeked abv.
