WHETHER SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAIN APPLICABLE ON PROFIT ON SALE OF AGRICULTURE PROPERTY ?

If the agr Land is situated in rural area than no capital gain will be attracted, otherwise its a short term capital gain. Kindly see the land papers to confirm the same.
