i m deductor and i make short deduction and i got notice from the department but those party whose i deduct tds all ready pay tax as advance tax so what is the way to filling answer of that electronic notice??????

it does not matter whether the forwarded party has pay tax or not.
as our responsibility is to deduct tax and we do not,
you must to pay tax in response to the notice and and collect the amount of TAX from the party.
