BY SHORT DEDUCTION WE MEAN INSTEAD OF DEDUCTING AT A PRESCRIBED PERCENTAGE YOU ARE DEDUCTING AT A LESSER PERCENTAGE ....
PENAL INTEREST U/S 201(1A) WILL BE CHARGED @18% PA. ON THE SHORTFALL OF TDS .....
