Dear sir,
Would like to know What is the Procedure for the Short-Closure of Advance Authorisation ?
Have exported 500 kg of goods out of 1500 kg under Advance Licence without any imports made. But would be willing to make an import after geting E.O.D.C.
PLz help with the procedure and required documents to be submitted for the same.

shachi, when the exporter/ importer after importation and Full export fullfillment apply for EODC the DGFT issue them eodc letter to party & Noted that SION fixation by the DGFT you will be compliance the SION before export and import.irrespective of partly import & export.

I am still not clear, would be thankful if you can help me . We applied for 1500 kg Advance Licence and have already exported 1000 kg of the same product , but would not like to go for another export of 500 kg , hence want to go for the short closuer of the licence.Havent yet imported anything. So my questions to you are :- 1. Can the licence be short closed and can we get EODC 2. After geting EODC can we import the input items as per the SION norms. 3. THIS IS CASE OF SHORTFALL IN ADVANCE LICENCE YOU WILL BE NOW SUBMIT THE SHORTFALL FEE AS PER FTDR.
