05 April 2014 In case if the shipping bill is misplaced by the courier guy what is the solution to get the shipping bill again for getting BRC from the bank.

07 April 2014 it seems that misplaced the copy of exchange control copy on courier company end....

Lodge a F.I.R in nearest the police station.

Arrange a INDEMNITY BOND addressed to custom for the lost the said shipping bill copy then after submit a request Letter in custom regarding the Attest the exchange control copy.

then after the Deputy commissioner approve the file for the said subject.

then that attest the copy of shipping bill either lost the EP COPY, EXPORTER COPY, EXCHANGE CONTROL COPY , CUSTOM COPY etc....
