actually, in delhi airport, shipping bill has been generated ,except LEO signature pending , and the consignee email us for order reduce 1000 packet in this shipment, what is procedure in the captioned subject in the light of law?

A REQUEST LETTER WRITE FOR THE SHORT SHIPMENT AND THEN CUSTOM ALLOW YOU FOR THIS .
SHIPPING BILL CAN BE GENERATE AGAIN AFTER PRE - APPROVAL OF THE CONCERNED CUSTOM DEPARTMENT.
