08 October 2013 We are shifting part of our manufacturing activity (from one unit to another) to another place where aleady a manufacturing facility is available with registration.
How to move inputs and capitals goods?
Under excise invoice or delivery challan with intimation to excise

09 October 2013 You can transfer the input and capital goods on delivery challan and after transfer you can surrender the registration. You can take the cenvat credit on another unit.
