Shifting from old course to new final course

I have cleared 1st group of final CA in the June 09 attempt.I still have 2nd group exam to be given.Due to some reason i will not be able to give Nov 09 exam. Can anyone guide me that if i give the 2nd group exam in the May 2010 will the 1st group result be counted? or the change of course invalidate my 1st group result?

You can give direct 2nd group of final new course..No need to give 1st group again...all the best
