i want to know which things make effect on the rate of Shares.

i mean to say how shares rate go up and down.

02 June 2008 Market depends on lot of things like Companies Policies, any positive news abt company, credit policy of govt,iNFLATION rate, forex conversion reate and many more.

So its depends on company's nature and market scenario.
There is nothing like a single factor which decides the market price of share

Performance of company.
Dividend declaration.
change in Industrial policies.
Change in Government.
Inflation.
Forex fluctuation.
New projects by company.
News of Merger & Acquistions..etc
