Hi Sir,
Our Company is having Rs 1 lac authorised capital and these total share issued and now we want to purchase the shares of other copany so directly can purchase the shares or need to increased authorised capital please suggest me clearly.

If ur purchasing shares of other companies, please see the section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 and accordingly increase the share capital of urs.
