04 February 2009 A private Company wants to issue shares at premium. Can a company receive part premium with face value now and the remaining premium and amount later?

04 February 2009 Yes you can receive but before issuing the shares you should pass a resolution that on application so much will go to share capital account and share preium account and for allotment and first call so on.
