12 October 2017 the trading of shares in intraday i.e. buying on the same day and selling on the same day and the loss derived can be set off against income from other sources or not

12 October 2017 Speculation loss can only be set off with speculation profit in same financial year or next financial year.

13 October 2017 Income from Intraday trading is considered as speculative income and any loss from speculative business can be set off only against profit from speculative income
