hello experts
pls tell when shares are held in joint names in a particular company then whether the company issues only one share certificate to all the joint holders or it issues seperate share certificates to each of the joint holder for their respective holdings in that joint holding ????

Company issues only one share certificates for joint share holders.
In that share certificate names of all the share holders will be mentioned and it will be issued to that share holder whose name 1st appears on the share certificate.
