17 December 2013 Can I allot shares at a Premium to foreign Company. What would be the process

Also, I can receive gift from blood relative from abroad.

18 December 2013 Yes shares may be allotted at premium. There are rules to determine minimum premium to be charged. For process it is suggested to approach an expert. One may receive gift from blood relative abroad.
