please tell me what is meant by intrinsic value of shares and par value and nominal value.or please tell me difference among them.

Intrinsic value of shares means value per share based on assets of the company. i.e. Assets-liabities/No. of shares
Par value means Base value of share. i.e. the price per share for which it is registered like 10,100.
Par value means Base value of share. i.e. the price per share for which it is registered like 10,100.
