28 September 2012 A private limited company can take unsecured loan from its shareholders, directors and their relatives.

resolution will be simple that RESOLVED that company be and hereby authorized to accept an amount of Rs. by way of unsecured loan from its share holder Mr. repayable in years at a interest rate.

RESOLVED FURTHER that Mr. is aurhtorized on behalf of company to complete such formalties in this behalf as necessary.
