Share Transfer Consideration

In a private company what is the maximum period in which the consideration is to be paid by the transferee.....Is it a valid transfer if the transfer forms are drawn in the month of August and consideration is received in September??? Thanks in advance

There is no such limitation or restriction. It is completely on the agreement between the parties (buyer and seller).
