25 November 2008 One director who is subscriber of share in MOA of a pvt. ltd. wants to transfer the share to new appointed director, in such case what will be procedure ?

26 November 2008 1) Check whether the AOA permits such transfer.
2) If so convene board meeting and pass resolution for transfer.
3) Execute share transfer form.
4)Make endorsement in share certificate and hand over to transferee.
