25 November 2010 CAN DIRECTORS OF A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY TRANSFER THEIR WHOLE SHAREHOLDING IN THAT COMPANY TO ANOTHER DIRECTORS CHILDREN WHO MINOR IF SO PLEASE MENTION THE SECTION
AND IF THE DIRECTORS ARE OUTSIDE THE INDIA TRANSFER CAN BE DONE WITH OUT THEIR PRESENCE IN INDIA
