07 July 2009 A shareholder holding shares under section 187C declaration wants to transfer the shares.I would like to know the procedure for the same.

09 July 2009 As per my understanding of your query is that shares are registered in the name of Mr.A but the beneficial owner is Mr.B and for that purpose previously u have intimated to RIC u/s 187C.

In that case Mr.B can tranfer the shares to any person as per section 108.
Just by the transfer deed. AND in the Annual Return you will show the name of Transferee in the Point No. V.
and also the details in Point No. VI as per transfer Deed.
