14 January 2014 How share system works in private company?... who will bring in initial paid up capital of Rs. 1 lakh for company registration... who will be the member of private company?

15 January 2014 The initial paid up capital will be brought by the promoters (subscribers to the MOA and AOA). The promoters / subscribers are the initial members/shareholders of the Company.
